Returns & Exchanges

At DYU, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original condition, including packaging and all accessories, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your DYU product in its original box with all protective foam, manuals, and tools to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
